          The Restaurant, for a vibrant and creative cooking

We baptized it "the Restaurant" because for us it is a beautiful definition of this word. A place where one feels well, where one regales oneself with a light and modern cooking. Nature has seasons, here we want to put it at the honor with a menu which moves! The aromatic garden offers many herbs and of flowers who are going straight in your plates.

We offer two menus : Perception and Expression (tasting menu). The à la carte suggestions are receipts favorite worked from day to day… To ensure quality and freshness of the products, the menu Expression is proposed only on friday evening, saturday und sunday lunch.

          Côté Réfectoire, a kitchen of the day, rapid and accessible.

Far from being pejorative, the term “refectory” is mainly historic because the Café du Centre (first etablissment of the Family in 1954) has always proposed meals with the blue-collar workers and was even used as canteen for the children. But this word, often used in our profession, refers also to the place used by all the team to take her meal before the service. One moment of relaxation!

Our challenge will be to offer a meal of quality been useful in little time. Works only from Tuesday to Friday 12pm to 13:30pm.
